Jonathan Good day If I publish my bot using the Facebook channel, is there anything that I can use a unique identifier which the bot automatically extracts like phone_number when using WhatsApp?
admin Yes both the phone_number and the WhatsApp name of the user is automatically captured and extracted when usinig the FB Cloud API
