The user receives an extra character / before the character - if the message came from the message block in the chatbot. The bug appears on the following integrations: WhatsaApp, Telegram, Viber.
Recently introduced "advanced trigger words" are also active during an open "live chat session". "Trigger words" should now be active only in bot conversations, excluding live chat sessions.
Bug in Operator assigning; Until recently assigning a chat to an operator showed all operators on the account - even the ones who are not in the same department and who have no access granted to the Chatboard in his role.
Operators should now only be able to assign chat conversations to operators who have access to the ChatBoard and have access to the relevant department the chat is in.
Save function did not work when editing the Departments section of the Users of a company.
When clicking on "show messages" (Scheduled campaign messages) we get error message - you are not allowed to perform this action. This was resolved.
