If you don't want to install WSL via Command line you can install via Microsoft Store.
Search for WSL Ubuntu and install the latest release version
If you get an error message "The requested operation requires elevation" -> this means you either do not have administrator privileges for the PC you are using or You did not enable WSL in Control Panel/Settings/Programs
