This is how to keep a conversation open so the chatbot does not start when a chatter returns.
For example, if i am an existing customer sends a message to a whatsapp chatbot, it should recognize him/her as an as existing customer and sends him/her a welcome back message.
The bot should not send a welcome note with every message to a returning user who returns within a pre set time frame.
The solution is to keep the conversation open in live chat mode for example for 2 days in the below example.
