Promptchat supports 3 WhatsApp APIs.

FaceBook Cloud API (Official API - you pay Facebook directly for conversations)
Twilio's WhatApp Business API (Official API - you pay Twilio directly for conversations)
SMSchat.org's WhatsApp API (Unofficial API - you pay a fixed monthly fee of $30 / or if you resell $15 and use your phone as WhatsApp Gateway)
