Prepare a Google Sheet
This will record all the user inputs (variables) which the chatbot collects during the conversation flow.
Here is an example where we simply collect 4 variables (First & Last names and Email and Phone numbers). Don’t forget to rename the Sheet too at the bottom.
Go to the Chatbot builder and insert the Google Sheets block
Here is an example of the simplest ever Lead Generator chatbot which collects all user input into a Google Sheet.

Once complete, check back regularly for new data collected by your chatbot or set up automations via Zapier / Integromat etc...
