Where to Find Export Data for Leads, Contacts & Chat Information?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to locate the "export data" feature within PromptChat. Specifically, I need to export "lead and contact data", as well as "chat history" Could anyone guide me on where this option is within the system?

Is there a dedicated section for exports, or does it require specific permissions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I also do not see where you can export the data from. I will be following to see the response also.

You can export Contacts' Name, Email address and Phone number data.

Go to the Contacts tab
Select the Integration you want to export data, for example SMS or WhatsApp (these will have phone numbers)
Then you can click the "select all" checkbox to select all contacts
Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the Export button
Click export and save the export file as csv.

You cannot export chat history. If you need a copy of the chat history outside the Promptchat chatboard the best practise is to set up an email address where you can automatically email each chat transcript to yourself using the "notification block" in the chatbot builder.
