I want to use triggers in my chatbot for natural language processing. By linking common user phrases to specific pages, I can direct users to relevant topics. I also need a trigger to redirect users to a particular interaction if their input isn’t recognized. How can I set this up? Here’s a screenshot of my existing triggers.
