File Upload Issue Specific to Client's Chatbot Account 1458230924

A specific client is experiencing issues with the chatbot, where uploaded files are not appearing in the conversation within the chatbot interface.

We tested in their account, where the problem occurred, and also tested in other accounts, where we were unable to replicate the issue. Therefore, it seems to be a problem specific to their account.

Please, could you check whether the file is displayed in WhatsApp which is connected to the integration. It would also be nice if you could send us here in this issue the file that is not being sent

This should be fixed in smschat gateway driver version 2.4.4
All gateways will be updated during the day automatically.
Specifically, your gateway specified in this task has already been updated.
You can check if this problem has already disappeared for you.
