I conducted testing and could not reproduce such a bug. I checked it from multiple accounts.

But I saw that I additionally receive another message that is not present in the chatbot. Presumably, this is a welcome message that is set in the business WhatsApp account. Please check whether you have such a welcome message set in your WhatsApp business. Perhaps this is the one that is being sent once more.

When sending messages, I couldn't reproduce the system notification "Você está conversando com uma conta comercial. Selecte para saber mais.", so I can't check it
