Hello, this response does not actively address the issue. As a customer, we are unable to understand how the internal notification works on WhatsApp to inform that I am communicating with a business account.
We need this to be analyzed more thoroughly by the development team to resolve the issue. Additionally, this problem is slightly different from the ones previously reported here. In this case, the system recognizes the internal message and repeats the customer's input. In other cases, the system sends a blank message, even though there is no visible information in the WhatsApp conversation.
