Bug description: After ending the chat, the chatbot sends the closing message repeatedly without stopping, and in some cases, after starting the chat, it ends by itself. Additionally, after the chat is ended and the client sends a new message, the bot was not restarting the flow. The stop trigger is not working correctly.
