This is what the customer wants to achieve:
1) The customer has a CRM in place.
The customer would like to have a Button in their CRM which allows the CRM users to click it and go stragith to a new chat conversation (WA Channel) even if there were not any previous chats before. (ie: there should be this Message Button for every single CRM contact even if they were originated by a sales page for example - not via SMSchat WA)
Is this ppossible?
