Bug description: Hello,
Recently, we implemented an email integration, and it has been functioning well overall. However, we have encountered an issue: SMSchat alerts regarding non-operational lines are not appearing on the chat board, nor are they visible in the contacts tab. Could you please investigate what might be causing this?
