Here is my project;
A Hotel with 114 rooms.
Hotel guests see a QR code in every room of the hotel.
When the guests need help, instead of calling the front desk with questions, queries, they can scan the QR code in their room and get assistance from a chatbot (web chatbot on their phone).
The front desk will see the conversations at reception as they are logged into Promptchat on their computer.
For example, if a hotel asks for a new towel to be brought up to their room, the front desk will receive this enquiry in the Chatboard but they also need to instantly see the ROOM Nr. for the particular Guest.
How do i set this up so that the Room number is available for each conversation?
