The keyword trigger is not working correctly

In testing with the client, we discovered that the trigger containing any of the specified keywords is not functioning correctly. We added the words 'one' and 'unilock' to the trigger configuration, and when we typed 'não conecta' (does not connect), it still triggered. When we removed the keyword parameters from the trigger, the project worked normally

As far as I understand you mean that you used the block "Trigger World". In the block "Trigger World" the word "one" was written. Please indicate which configuration was specified for this block? After all, we do not have enough data to understand whether there is a bug
